PUBLICIST

TAYLOR BRADLEY BIO

Taylor has been actively working in publicity and marketing since 2013. However, her experience in the entertainment industry spans multiple disciplines over the past 16 years. Most recently, she served as the Publicist for the Tennessee Williams & New Orleans Literary Festival and the Saints + Sinners LGBTQ+ Literary Festival. Taylor has also worked seasonally assisting the Press and Publicity Team for the Academy of Motion Picture Arts & Sciences since 2015. She has held positions with  C-Suite Executives at HBO, CBS, Disney, Air Bud Entertainment, Morgan Creek Entertainment, & STX Entertainment. In 2012, she earned her B.A.  in Playwriting from the University of Iowa. After graduation, Taylor founded a non-profit organization: 48 Hours Theatre Inc. and produced world-premieres of original plays and musicals in Los Angeles, CA. Early in her career, she volunteered with NAMI as a traveling guest speaker and advocate for mental health and suicide awareness. She is the author of three collections of poetry (Side Effects, Withdrawals, Alone) six plays (A Dead Rabbit, Nine-Ring Circus, One by One) and a full-length memoir, There's No Place Like House. Her play, 1976: A Motel was a finalist for the Dramatists Guild National Fellowship in 2023. Taylor has now worked over 100 film premieres, gallery openings, festivals, galas, conferences, productions, and award shows across the country. She attends the Iowa Summer Writing Festival annually, and recently partnered with their marketing team to help promote the Festival on social media. She is currently living in Las Vegas, working towards her MFA in Creative Nonfiction Writing from UNLV on a full scholarship.

Her next book, Los Angeles: A Eulogy is forthcoming.
